We ship to everywhere in Europe. This includes EU 28 countries, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, Cyprus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Malta, Macedonia. We will dispatch the package in 1-2 days after receiving payment. If ordering on a weekend, we will send it the following Monday. Please note that we may not be able to ship orders on Estonian national holidays. Europe-wide Shipping takes 3-7 days, depending on your address. Thank you for understanding.

Most of the products are made by Japanese, Korean or other Asian manufacturers. Some of those companies also operate internationally and have factories outside as well. This means that some products are made in Europe or elsewhere.You can find info about origin of country on each product page. We guarantee you the good quality of products!
That is a difficult question to have a definitive answer but we do try to see what our customers would like and try to change some of the less popular products as necessary. Yes, we offer 3 different payment methods: 1) VISA and MasterCard credit cards - all the information is sent through the official payment method provider Nets Estonia AS which means the entered credit card information is all encrypted and inaccessible to 3rd parties (including us, Hungry Mikan); 2) PayPal - all the information goes through secure PayPal servers; 3) direct bank transfer - transfer funds to our bank through your bank's website; this method is most convenient to people who do not own a credit card or do not wish to create a PayPal account. Also, if you happened to be unhappy with your purchase, you can return them within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). See our RETURN policy.
We support EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK and DKK. There is a small button on the top of the page to change the default currency. If you would like to see a currency that is not yet supported, please let us know.
Placing an order is very simple and easy. Add the products you want to the cart and move the mouse over the cart icon on the upper right corner of the screen. Click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button that appears. After that enter the required information for shipping and choose the preferred payment method. That's it!
Yes but let us know as soon as possible as we are not able to change it after the items have been already shipped out. Contact us at email@example.com.
We start packing the items and ship them within 1-2 days. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as payment is cleared and we start packing. After shipping, we will also provide a trucking number to locate the package. We try to be as clear and transparent as possible when processing an order. As soon as we ship the item, we will send a confirmation e-mail about it with a tracking number as well.

If you would like to change your mind regarding an order, you are welcome to return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Please contact us if you wish to return any goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the goods as is this case we will meet the cost of return postage as well. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer.
